Our average shipping time is between 15-28 Business days on orders.
Please kindly bear in mind that natural and man-made disasters, public holidays, government to business and government to government instability, wars and blockades will slow down shipping times. These delays are out of the ordinary powers of GEM HOUSE JEWELLERS. You (the buyer and/or involved third party) acknowledge and agree that once your order is in the post that we are not liable for any damage or delay’s to shipping.
Delays to shipping times should be directed to the shipping company responsible for your order. These details would have been emailed to you.
We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.
Order Processing Time
You the user/ buyer/ third party acknowledge and agree to the following:
Order processing times are in addition to shipping time. Our company takes no more than 7 to 10 business days to process your order.
Order’s are usually processed the next business day and quality assurance inspections are undertaken. If your order is deemed defective then we will either order a new product for you from our warehouse or source a new product directly from the manufacturer depending on product availability. This is down automatically by our warehouse manager. These issues can add up to 3 business days.
It is then sent to the packaging department ensuring adequate protection for your goods. This can take a couple of business days.
After that, we send it off to our shipping department and depending on your location it can take a few business days for the shipping company to pick-up your order as not all destinations have a daily shipping route.
All care is taken to process your order as fast as possible.

Refund Policy

Please pick your products carefully as we DO NOT accept refunds or returns based on change of mind.
Refunds/ Returns based on damaged and/ or faulty goods.
If your product is damaged or faulty then you will need to take photo’s or a video of the damaged or faulty product ensuring evidence is adequately captured in your photos or video and send it to:
Once we have assessed the product for the damage or fault we will offer you a refund, store credit, or re-send a new product out to you depending on what you would like us to do for you. We sincerely apologise in advance for the inconvenience this has caused you.
Warranties
If your product is under warranty and the fault and/or defect complies with the terms of the warranty then you will ordinarily be entitled to the remedies stated within the terms of that warranty. A return/ refund under warranty needs to be investigated by the manufacturer before a return/ refund can be issued. Cost of the return is borne by the manufacturer when it is deemed that the manufacturer was at fault. However, if the consumer was at fault then the manufacturer reserves the right to recover costs from the consumer. You as the consumer have the right to a repair, refund, or replacement if it is deemed that the manufacturer is at fault.

We will then start our investigation and try to provide your with a resolution as soon as possible. We sincerely apologise in advance for the inconvenience this has caused you.
Gift Cards

All Gifts are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase after which time they are deemed expired/ invalid.
Order Cancellation Fee
If you decide to cancel your order for whatever reason, we will impose a $5.00 cancellation fee. However, there will be times when we will not cancel the order, such as in the event that the order has already been shipped.
